DISSOLUTION OF POOL REJECTED. PRICE DISCUSSED. (Per United Press Association.) Ashburton, July 26. Following an address by Mr W. W. Mulholland, chairman of directors of the Wheat Pool, a meeting of wheatgrowers this afternoon defeated by 17 to 14 a motion recommending the directors that this pool be dissolved. Questions of the price in relation to free growers, and the withholding of the reserve were the principal aspects dealt with.
