DEMOCRATIC ASPIRANT. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) New York, March 23. Governor Roosevelt’s aspirations for Democratic nomination for the presidency were brought a step nearer realization when he defeated the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr J. N. Garner, in the Georgia primaries by approximately a ten to one vote.
