Governor Roosevelt, of New York was indicated as the most important aspirant for Democratic presidential nomination when he won the North Dakota delegates’ primary election to-day, defeating Governor Murray, of North Dakota. Mr Roosevelt recently also won the New Hampshire delegates’ primary, defeating Mr Al. Smith.
