EXPELLED FHOM R.S.A.
CHRISTCHURCH COMMUNIST. (Per United Press Association.) Christchurch, March 17. C. F. Riley, a prominent member of the local Communist Party, has been expelled from membership of the Christchurch R.S.A., and has appealed to the Dominion Executive against the action, which he declared is unconstitutional and a miscarriage of justice. The association says it took the action because of Riley's activities as a Communist and his refusal to express loyalty to his King and Empire.
