PROFESSIONAL LETTER-WRITERS. In Barcelona, in Spain, still survives the professional letter-writer, who for a consideration will express anybody's sentiments about anything. Spain’s new Republican Government has announced that it is determined to educate everybody, to which the scribes reply that if everybody learns to write their occupation and their bread will be gone.
