RELIEF FUND
APPEAL BY THE MAYOR. The following donations to the Mayor’s Relief Fund are acknowledged:— £ s. d.
The following gifts arc also acknowledged:—J .G., one truck of coal (£5); Anonymous, one ton of coal; Mossbank Coal Co., truck of nuts; Linton Coal Co., two trucks .of slack; Wairaki Coal Co., one truck of coal and one ton of coal; D. T. King, one load of coal. The Ohai Railway Board has offered to carry free of freight from Ohai to Wairio all coal consigned to Invercargill for relief purposes.
