FATE OF AIRWOMEN
TWO BURNED TO DEATH. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyrigat.) (Rec. 7.40 p.m.) London, June 19. Two airwomen were burned to death near the Hatfield de Havilland Flying School aerodrome. A machine crashed and immediately took fire, the bodies of both women' being incinerated. One was Miss O'Brien, daughter if Sir Timothy O’Brien. She was one of the best known airwomen in Britain. She lost a leg in an air smash in 1928; nevertheless she again qualified for a pilot.
