SYDNEY WOOL SALES
MARKET VERY FIRM. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 9.50 p.m.) Sydney, January 7. At the wool sales 10,462 bales were offered and 9,654 sold, also 1,010 which were disposed of privately. The market ruled very firm with special inquiry for wools of fine to superfine quality, there being excellent competition. Greasy Merino made to 181 d.
