AVERAGE LEVEL IN BRITAIN. (British Official Wireless.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, December 18. According to the Ministry of Labour, the average level of retail prices in Great Britain this month was 55 per cent, above the level in July, 1913, but 12 per cent, lower than a year ago.
