MEETING OF TRADERS. PRACTICE CONDEMNED. (Pci- United Press Association.) Dunedin, December 10. A meeting of wholesale and retail traders to-night carried the following resolution unanimously: That this meeting of Otago traders, wholesale and retail, uregs that all rebate or gift schemes, whereby the purchaser secures a rebate or a gift by means of collecting coupons, be entirely prohibited, the only rebate to be permitted to be in the form of coupons given for a percentage discount for cash or on monthly terms.
