ATTRACTIONS FOB. SHOW WEEK Show Week visitors are eagerly anticipating the coming of this, the most import- “ ant week of the year for the man on the land. First there will be the innumerable attractions of the Show itself, culminating in the grand parade of Southland’s chain pion livestock. Then there will bo the amazing Show Week attractions at H. & J. Smith’s, with a sensational grand parade of values featuring 1931 prices—that is, prices which are 33 1-3 to 50 per cent, lower than 1930 prices! Both store and staff offer a warm welcome to the visitor, every preparation having been made to make shopping both profitable and pleasant. Guides will show the visitor everything of interest around the store—the preparations for Christmas, the new extensions, the wonderful laboursaving machinery upstairs. Special Show Day hot luncheons will be available in the Tea Rooms from 10.30 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, • (Advt.)
