SECOND SESSION NEXT WEEK. (British Official Wireless.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) . Rugby, October 20. The second session of the present Parliament will open next week. At the next meeting of the Cabinet, probably on Wednesday, the work of the coming session will doubtless be considered, and an outline of the King’s speech for the opening of Parliament examined.
