WIDER SCHEME ADVOCATED. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 9.5 p.m.) London, September 25. It is learned that the Imperial Wool Research Conference, which is meeting at Leeds, is presenting a report to the Imperial Conference. It is believed that it deals with a wider scheme of research work on an officially constituted Empire basis.
