The Punjab police, who are hard on the track of terrorists, discovered a factory containing 20 bombs besides material for their manufacture., The police also found on the banks of the river Vavi the skeleton of a man in a grave which had obviously been hastily dug. The police believe these are the remains of Thomas Bhagwanti Charan, second in command of the Punjab terrorists, who has been wanted by the police for two years for conspiracy. It is believed a bomb exploded in his hands while tests were being made.
