PIONEER FOOTBALL CLUB

FUNCTION AT GORE. Last evening the Pioneer Football Club (Gore) entertained its third and fourth grade teams to supper, Mr E. Sutton presiding. The following toast list was honoured: “The Coaches” (proposed by Mr E. Sutton and responded to by Messrs J. McGrath and D. Pringle) ; “Fourth Grade Team” (Mr H. Tutty—Mr H. Telfer); “Third Grade Team” (Mr H. Telfer —Mr H. Tutty) ; “The Hostess” (Mr D. Pringle— Mrs King); “The Chairman” (Mr R. Whitehead—Mr E. Sutton). The chairman presented an enlarged photograph of the fourth grade team which was victorious to Mr D. Pringle, and photographs of the team to individual members. "' '
