ANDREE EXPEDITION

RELICS TAKEN TO NORWAY. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 7.45 p.m.) Tromsoe, September 17. The steamer Isbjoerm landed many more relics of the Andree expedition. These include Andree’s skull and the bones of Frankel. There are also a number of papers and maps on which toilsome journeys are marked out, private letters, a notebook containing daily anecdotes, photographs of Strindberg’s fiancee, and three pairs of spectacles. Particularly interesting is a lengthy report in shorthand which is believed to give a detailed description of the party’s adventures.
