CONFERENCE CONSIDERS QUESTION. (Per I'nited Press Association.) Wellington, September 17. A conference of the principal oflicers of the Lands, Forestry, Agriculture and Internal Affairs Departments took place this morning for the purpose of considering the question of the destruction of deer. It was announced subsequently that certain conclusions were arrived at and that they would be submitted to the Minister of Internal Affairs for consideration.
