To the Editor.

Sir, —For the information of those who have bought programmes for to-day’s match it is interesting to compare the weights given for the members of the British team who played last Saturday and those shown in the programme for to-day. Something serious'has happened to a number of them as Spong has lost 231bs, Aarvold 141bs, and Reeve 13Ibs on the journey south, beside other smaller differences. Is this the results of the cold weather or southern hospitality?—l am, etc., SIXPENCE.
