Rivals for the charms of the same girl, Paffi Leoni and Leon Mignot, decided to rattle the dice for her in a cafe in Clichy, France, where the three had gone for refreshments. Mignot won and walked out of the cafe triumphantly with the girl on his arm. Leoni, however, did not accept his fate philosophically. He followed the lovers and overtook them. Leoni told Mignot to leave the girl, and when the later, protested, he suggested they should 'have another test with fists. So they fought each other while the girl looked on. Mignot was again the lucky one, but the police arrived and arrested both men. The men wefe boon companions working in the same office until the girl brought discord.
