ABOUT PEOPLE

MINISTERIAL. The Hon. P. A. de la Perrelle, Minister of Internal Affairs, arrived at Rotorua at noon yesterday and inspected the bath building and attended to matters in connection with his Department. He leaves this morning for Auckland, states a Rotorua telegram. Mr T. R. Cresswell, formerly acting Rect; or of the Southland Boys’ High School, arrived in Invercargill by the express from Dunedin last evening and is staying at the Club Hotel. Mr D. S. Mackenzie, of Gore, leaves by this morning’s express to join the party of New Zealand farmers which is to visit Australia. The party is due to leave from Wellington on Monday.
