NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE RATE. v NOTICE is hereby given that The Southland Electric-power Board intends at the Meeting of the Board to be held at the Board’s Offices, situated at Dee Street, Invercargill, on Tuesday, the 10th day of June, 1930, at 10.30 a.m., make and levy a uniform general rate under Section 56 of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, for the period commencing on the ,Ist day of April, 1930, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1931, of One penny in the pound on the rateable value of all rateable property within the Southland Electric-power District on the basis of the unimproved value. AND THAT such rate with respect to each rateable property within the said Electric-power District will be payable at the Office of the local authority of the constituent district within which such property is situate.
