28 KILLED IN RUSSIA.
(United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) Moscow, May 21. Brief details are filtering through of a terrible collision between passenger and goods trains at Tchorin on the MoscowKazan railway. Twenty-eight 'were killed and 29 injured. Various employees were arrested.
