MASSEY COLLEGE
OPENNESS IN CHEESE.
GRANT SOUGHT FOR RESEARCH.

Palmerston North, May 22. At a meeting of the Massey Agricultural College Council, Professor Riddet reported that the Dairy Management Committee had decided to make application to the Empire Marketing Board for a grant to assist in research on the openness in cheese so that certain fundamental chemical bacteriological work could be undertaken.
The Principal reported that Mr L. H. Collinson, Palmerston North, had donated a cup for sports events and that the Shell Oil Company had donated a £25 scholarship. Enrolments on the second term totalled 206.
