APPEAL TO COURT. JUDGE REFUSES TO MAKE ORDER. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, May 1. The trustees of the estate of the late Alexander Hatrick, of W anganui, recently sought the approval of the Supreme Court to the proposed sale by them of a warehouse site in Wanganui which the testator had directed should not be sold for less than £30,000. The Chief Justice in his judgment to-day , said he was not prepared to make the order 1 asked for. The trustees, however, had i acted quite properly in coming to the Court. ' His Honour expressed the opinion that tha proper method of obtaining such an authority as that sought was by a private estate Bill.
