MEETING OF CREDITORS

BANKRUPT MOTOR SERVICE DRIVER. CROWN PROSECUTOR TO INVESTIGATE. (Per United Press Association.) Gisborne, January 27. At a meeting of creditors in the bankrupt estate of James Edward Rumble, a motor service driver, bankrupt was examined at considerable length and the following motion was carried: "That the Crown Prosecutor be instructed to investigate bankrupt’s affairs with a view to taking such action as he thinks fit in respect of not keeping proper books and transferring his assets to a company without consideration.” ~~ The motion was proposed' by Mr Annam, of Napier, on behalf of the one cdeditor he represented, and was seconded by Mr Annam on behalf of another creditor and carried by five votes, all these five creditors being represented by Mr Annam. ,
