RULING ON BROKEN TIME. (Rcc. 10.38 p.m.) London, December 5. The British Olympic Council debated the broken time problem and unanimously decided that no competitor who received any payment in compensation for loss of salary, directly or indirectly or in any guise whatever, shall be permitted to partake in future Olympic games.
