GOVERNOR-GENERAL
FAREWELL TOUR. (Per United Press Association.) Palmerston North, December 4. This morning the ceremony of laying the foundation stone of the new buildings at the Massey College was performed by the Governor-General. Included among those present were the Hon.G. W. Forbes, the Hon. E. Newman, Hon. G. J. Smith, and Sir George Fowlds, chairman of the College Council. Later the Governor-Gen-eral was entertained at lunch by the Borough Council. In the afternoon, the party was tendered a public farewell, leaving later for Wellington
