FRAUDULENT DUPLICATION. (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) London, December 4. In the House of Commons Mr. W. Graham, President of the Board of Trade, answering a question said he would consider any practicable proposals to make impossible the fraudulent duplication and triplication of share issues. It was already punishable with penal servitude under the Forgery Act.
