WESTPORT COAL COMPANY. Dunedin, November 25. The annual general meeting of the Westport Coal Company was held this afternoon. The chairman of directors, Mr G. L. Denniston presided. About 60 shareholders were present. > • The report and balance-sheet as submitted to the-shareholders was adopted. The re-election of the retiring directors, Messrs. George Black and W. Downie Stewart was carried. Messrs C. H. Statham and J. t>. Hislop were re-elected as auditors. LONDON MARKETS.
