CAPTAIN W. HICKSON RETIRES. • (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Londoni November 23. Captain W. Hickson, commander of the White Star Lines’ Adriatic who, during the whole of the war time had a hazardous task while in command of the boats transporting troops from Australia, has retired, having reached the age limit.
