Minister of Internal Affairs to include in the Local Legislation Bill to come before the present session of Parliament a Clause empowering the Council: To expend the loan of £5,000 which was authorized for the erection of permanent buildings for Municipal purposes on Part Section 19, Block 111, Town of Invercargill, on improving and renovating the Town Hall and Theatre; to raise 10 per cent additional on the said loan of £5,000, such additional sum to be expended on the same work; to grant a renewable lease of Part Section 19, Block 111, Town of Invercargill, containing 24 perches more or less. Any person having any objection to make to the above Clause being included in the Local Legislation Bill must communicate his objection in writing to the Hon.
