The National Mortgage and Agency Co., Ltd., held a very successful horse sale on Saturday at Winton. There was a good attendance of buyers. A successful concert was given in the Theatre Royal on Sunday night, the proceeds of which are to be given to the earthquake fund. Items were contributed by the band and the members of the Presbyterian Church choir. It is understood that a substantial amount was collected. Golf.
