OVERSEAS FARMERS
TOUR OF NEW ZEALAND. LORD BLEDISLOE LEADER. London, June 4. Lord Bledisloe, who was Parliamentary Secretary of the. Ministry of Agriculture in Mr Baldwin’s Cabinet, and the leading authority on the meat trade, is joining the British National Union of Farmers’ tour of New Zealand in 1930 and has accepted the executive’s invitation to assume the leadership. The party consists of 50 British, 15 Canadian and 15 South African farmers and will arrive at Auckland on February 20.— Australian Press Association.
