BLUFF TO MELBOURNE
CONDITIONS OF TENDER. STATEMENT BY PREMIER.' (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, May 11. The conditions of tendering for the mail service between the South Island, Melbourne and Hobart have been completed, stated Sir Joseph Ward to-day. ■ The specifications provide for a 21 days’ service from Dunedin to Bluff, Hobart (if required), Melbourne, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. This is to alternate with a service every 21 days from Dunedin to Lyttelton, Wellington, Melbourne, Bluff, Dunedin.
