WAR IMMINENT
PARAGUAY AND BOLIVIA DANGEROUS SITUATION CREATED TROOPS ON THE BORDER (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright) (Rec. 1.10 p.m.) Washington, December 13. The Paraguayan Charge d’Affaires has delivered a Note to the State Department describing the Bolivian-Paraguayan situation as giving rise to the danger of imminent war. The Note transmitted advices received from Paraguay to the effect that Bolivia was massing troops and war materials on the border. The Bolivian Minister said he had no information from his Government concerning war-like preparations.—Australian Press Association.
