WILL ADDRESS ELECTORS AS UNDER TUESDAY, November 13—Otautau, 8 p.m. DENIAL. MR W. E. TAYLOR’S MEETING AT LUMSDEN. ON behalf of MR W. E. TAYLOR’S Committee at Lumsden, I wish to contradict a report appearing in yesterday’s paper under the heading "Questions at Lumsden.” The questions were not answered by Mr Taylor in the manner appearing in Monday’s issue of the Times. The manner in which the questions and answers were reported is entirely contrary to fact, and I wish to emphatically deny the statement appearing therein, more particularly the question referring to the candidate’s attitude towards a No-confidence motion moved by Mr Holland. Mr Taylor was accorded a hearty vote of thanks and confidence. The feeble attempt to raise three cheers for Reform was not successful. (Signed): ALEXANDER SMALL. Chairman. NOTICE.
