RIOTING IN GERMANY
LOCKED OUT STEEL WORKERS. Berlin, November 11. Crowds of locked out steel workers led by Communists stormed the Town Hall during the sitting of the Essen municipality. The police twice dispersed the demonstrators, who re-charged with increased violence, and the police had to use their truncheons and swords. Many of the rioters were wounded. —Australian Press Association.
