AUCKLAND SESSION. (Per United Press Association.') Auckland, October 15. At the Supreme Court, Mr. Justice Smith sentenced two nrisoners to probation for three years, namely Reginald Frank Frayling, for the theft ‘of £59 as a servant of the Rotorua Motor Transport Co., and Charles John Williams, from Huntley, who broke into a whare with an axe in search of liquor.
