ESTATE TO BE ADMINISTERED. (Per United Press Association.) Auckland, May 29. The mysterious disappearance of Robert Charles Austin, a New Zealand boy who left this country in 1878 and had not been seen or heard of for more than 50 years, was recalled at the Supreme Court to-day when Mr Justice Blair granted to Lillian Mary Park, administrator of the estate, authority for presumption of Austin’s death without issue. The decision enables the estate of a value exceeding £ll,OOO and of which Robert Charles Austin, as next of kin, was entitled to one-eighth share to be administered.
