The Katoa (Captain Dalgleish) completed discharge of the Bluff portion of her cargo of coal from Westport and sailed for Dunedin last night. The Hurunui is still engaged discharging rails and loading mutton, flax, tallow, etc. She will clear port some time to-morrow. The Oreti (Captain McKenzie) arrived at Bluff at 6 p.m. yesterday from Dunedin. She will sail for Invercargill at 6 a.m. today. The schooner Britannia (C. Hansen) arrived from Stewart Island at 7 p.m. yesterday. The Toiler (H. Roderique) is due to arrive this evening from the mutton bird islands.

The Port Craig Timber Company advise that the Oreti arrives at Invercargill to-day, sailing to-morrow for Port Craig. According to advice received from Messrs H. L. Tapley and Company., the Storm has been delayed by rain at Wellington, and will now arrive at Bluff on Friday to load for Dunedin, Timaru, Wellington, and Wanganui, sailing the same day. The Hurunui is expected to sail for Timaru to-morrow morning. The Union Shipping Co., advise that the Manuka sailed from Wellington at 8 p.m. yesterday for Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff. She is due at Bluff on Saturday morning, sailing in the evening for Melbourne direct. Leaving Sydney to-morrow for Bluff direct the Karetu is due here on Tuesday next. Leaving Auckland last evening for Westport, Dunedin, and Bluff, the Kurow is due here about Wednesday, June 6. Messrs Henderson and Co., advise that the Port Curtis will load refrigerated cargo for London, and general cargo for the West Coast of the United Kingdom ports. She is expected at Bluff about June 11. The Port Sydney is also scheduled to load meat, butter, cheese and general cargo on the same date for London. The Kanna with a load of guano from Walpole Island, is due at Bluff about June 20. Messrs J. G. Ward and Co. announce that the Tongariro will leave Liverpool on August 18 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff, due here about September 28. The Waikawa, which sailed from Los Angeles on May 15 for Apia and Napier is due at the latter port on June 11. She will then proceed to Bluff where she is expected to arrive about June 23. The Canadian Challenger which left Montreal on May 1, is due at Bluff about June 25 with Canadian cargo. The National Mortgage and Agency Co. advises that the Shaw, Savill and Albion Co’s, new motor vessel Taranaki, is due at Bluff on June 30 to discharge London cargo. The same company also advises that the Shaw, Savill and Albion Co.’s steamer Tainui will load meat and general cargo at Bluff on June 20 for London and Continental ports. When the Calm was entering Wanganui Harbour on May 22, she touched the breakwater necessitating her docking for repairs. The vessel arrived at Dunedin on Saturday, and went down to Port Chalmers on Monday morning to go into dock. WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE.
