EUCHRE TOURNAMENT. (From Our Correspondent.) The RevHogg was in the chair. The principal n er6 W Rev - Mcln, yre (Browns) and the Rev. Johnston (Dipton I. A good programme musical and elocutionary was given. The choir rendered several anthems and glees which were much appreciated. The following contributed to the pro‘AT wt T ‘ y u and G -Lindsay; songs, Mm J. A. Wilson, Messrs D. Russell G Lind say and F. Tilley and Mias J. Mi-Naught gave a recitation Previous to supper Mr J. R. Hamilton M.P. proposed a hearty vote of thanks to visiting ministers, per ormers and the ladies’ for supper. The function ended with the Doxology and the Benediction. The local choir intend going to Browns on Friday evening to give a concert in aid of the Browns Church.
