ORDER FOR MARRIAGE OF GIRL UNDER AGE. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, May 23. A rather unusual case was before Mr. Justice Smith in the shape of an application for an order consenting to the marriage of a girl of 184 and a man of full age. The girl’s parents refused consent on the ground that the man was mentally afflicted but an examination by a doctor found no evidence in support of the parents and it was left to the court. The Judge called both parties to the case before him and also finding no evidence of mental disorder in the suitor, made an order consenting to the marriage-
