SIR ALAN COBHAM’S TOUR. (Rec. 7.20 p.m.) Las Palmas, May 23. Sir Alan Cobbam has arrived and proceeds to Casablanca on Thursday. He described the party aS tired, dirty and hungry, but otherwise fit. They encountered strong head winds from Port Etienne where they spent Monday' night at the local port behind barbed wire fences for protection against marauding tribesmen.— Australian Press Association—United Service.
