LINDBERG’S FLIGHT
A POSTPONEMENT ANNOUNCED.. New York, May 22. A message from Detroit states that Colonel Lindbergh’s proposed flight, via Greenland, has been definitely postponed until the autumn, due to the necessity of preparing a landing field in Greenland. Colonel Lindbergh believes that flying conditions are best in June, and October. The field will not be ready by June, so he prefers to wait till Octobr.—Australian Press Association
