CURRIE LIBEL SUIT
APPEAL TO BE LODGED. Toronto, May 15. Defendants will file an appeal in the Currie libel action on Wednesday setting forth the discovery of new evidence including an order cancelling all operations received by the troops, in front of Mons at 4.30 on the afternoon of November 10 and stating that hostilities would cease at 11 a.m. the following day.—Australian Press Association.
