PEACE DELEGATION’S EXPERIENCE. (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) London, May 14. The Daily Mail’s Riga correspondent says that on leaving Kovno after five days’ futile peace negotiations a Polish peace delegation, which was discussing the resumption of normal relations, was bombarded with rotten eggs at the railway station. The police dispersed the crowd with whips. Many were injured.—United Service.
