A TERCENTENARY
PUBLICATION OF MEDICAL WORK BIRTHDAY OF PHYSIOLOGY. (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, May 13. Tercentenary celebrations are being held in London this week of the publication by i William Harvey, who discovered the circulation of blood, of his “De Motu Cordis.” The date of its publication is often referred to as the birthday of physiology. The Royal College of Physicians in London, of which Mr Harvey was a Fellow and lecturer, is arranging the celebrations and delegatee from the universities and learned societies in all parts of the British Empire and 20 foreign countries are taking part. Thw King v'ill receive the delegates at Buckingham Palace to-morrnw —British Official Wireless.
