MORE LAUGHTER

GEORGE WALLACE’S REVUE. That a vaudeville entertainment of the high standard set by George Wallace's Musical Revue Company is welcome in Invercargill was again apparent last evening when the second performance of “Off Honolulu” drew as large and as enthusiastic a house as on its first presentation. The little Queenslander is as clever as anyone who has been round here for many years, and whether it was in the variety turns of the first half or as the pride of the navy in the second half he proved irresistible as a provoker of mirth. Others in the company gallantly assisted him and the verdict of one and all privileged to see the performance was that it was the most efficacious tonic for depression of spirits that has been given in the theatre.
