MOTION FOR DISCONTINUANCE. Ottawa, March 23. The question of conferring titles on Canadians is to come before the House of Commons on a motion by Mr C. H. Cahan (Conservative). He proposes that a committee of eleven members inquire into the whole question of amending the address to the King, of May, 1919, asking for the discontinuation of titles. —A. and N.Z.
