FLOODS IN WALES
RAIL TRAFFIC DISORGANISED. London, February 17. Heavy floods have occurred in North Wales border counties and portion of Derbyshire following 50 hours’ rain. At Cowen many were rescued from top storeys of houses. Railways were damaged, traffic held up and stock drowned.—Sun Cable.
